Osteopathic treatment of the abdomen is called visceral. Visceral means the organs within the abdominal cavities eg stomach, intestines. Many people suffer with stomach problems eg irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, bloating, muscular tension, congestion and many more. At Nolan Osteopathic Clinic we have a relaxing environment with a cloakroom, so there is no need to feel embarrassed. Feet and Orthotics
Foot pain can be uncomfortable and affect your everyday activities. Whether your activity is walking, running, or work related, orthotics can help. Orthotics are like inner soles that you put into your footwear. They are made to the individual’s requirements which help re-align the lower limbs and foot biomechanics which can help with back, hip, knee and ankle pains.

Structural and Posture Assessments
Due to everyday stresses and traumas which we experience in our lives, our body structure like muscles, tendon, and ligaments change to adapt. The body posture changes, on the way we sit slouching or hunched, stand to one side or rest on one leg, lift with bended backs and so forth. All of these put a stain and adaptation on the body and its structures.
Osteopathy can help re-align the body`s structures and posture to form more of its natural curves, help relieve pain, reduce muscular tensions and stiffness, increase flexibility and mobility and in return a better quality of life.
FREE 15 minutes Structural and Postural Assessments are available at the clinic
